I fried 2 boneless chicken breast, they were so golden brown. I seasoned them well, soaked them in buttermilk and a egg wash. I then coated them with flour, fried them until they were crisp and golden.

This is great! It never gets too hot because there is a thermometer to help you control the temperature. It is small in size with a deep enough well that you won't have to use a ton of cooking oil. Its easy to clean and the stage one drain (pre- towel) is awesome! I thought I would try fish and chips today. I rarely fry food so excuse my camera work. I'm afraid of the hot oil. Note: If you have a gas stove with a grate top like mine, make sure your pot is stable and secure before, during and after you cook. Even when allowing the oil to cool.
